Elsa Kochman

Elsa Kochman, age 90, of Mason, Ohio, passed away peacefully Monday, March 13, 2017.  Born January 24, 1927, she was the youngest of 16, and last surviving child of Vincente and Henriqueta (nee Biasuz) Bortolon.

Elsa was born in Passo Fundo, Brazil, and moved to the United States in 1960 with her sister Emma.  She was a loving wife and mother, and enjoyed cooking, sewing and embroidery.  Later in life she especially loved being with her grandsons and great-grandson.

Elsa was preceded in death by: her parents, Vincente and Henriqueta Bortolon; husband, Otto Kochman; and all of her siblings.

Elsa is survived by: daughter, Paula (Allen) Danis; grandsons, Matthew (Morgan) Danis and Thomas Danis; great-grandson, Vance Danis; and other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 Noon at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.  A Prayer Service will begin at 12:00 noon Thursday.  Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
