"Bill" Baltzley, devoted mother of Cindy Lykins, loving grandmother of Christopher Lykins; step-grandmother of Corey (Jessica) Lykins; step-great-grandmother of Noelle Lykins, dear sister of the late Clarence, Clifton, & Katherine Teter, Evelyn Lawrence and Virginia Bocco; mother-in-law of the late Don Lykins; aunt to many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, August 29 from 12:00 noon until the Celebration of Life service at 1:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd., Mason, OH 45040.
