Bradley Staton

Bradley Owen Staton, age 91, passed away peacefully at home in Mason, OH, on November 21, 2024.

He was born on March 19, 1933, the first of eight children, to James and Mamie (Snow) Staton in Kentucky.

Brad was married to his loving wife Delores Jean McDonough for 70 years. She preceded him in death on February 7, 2021.

Brad was an Honorably Discharged veteran serving as Sergeant First Class in the United States Army during the Korean War. Later Brad worked at Carpenter Technology as an Operations Supervisor until his retirement in 1994.

His cherished friends and family meant everything to him. Brad will be remembered for his spirit, stories, and considerate nature. Brad wishes his family and friends to live life to the fullest, treat people with respect, and to let the people you love know that you love them.

He is survived by his two children: Vicki (Joe) Wassil and Darryl (Penelope). His sisters Judy and Kim and his grandson Bill Wood.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 11:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery with Military Honors.
