Charlotte S. Brockman

Charlotte S. Brockman (née Houston), age 82, of Mason, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at West Chester Hospital.

Born on July 13, 1942, in Hamilton, Charlotte was raised in the area and remained a proud Ohioan throughout her life. In the 1980s, she moved to Mason, where she built a loving home and community. Charlotte worked for many years as an insurance adjuster with State Auto Insurance, where her attention to detail and caring nature left a lasting impact.

Charlotte had a deep love for arts and crafts and found great joy in gardening. Her creativity and warmth touched everyone who knew her.

Survived by her beloved children, Jeff Brockman, Kim Brockman, and Tracy (Jason) Coment; cherished grandchildren, Aidan and James Coment and Zach DeRoller; and adored great-grandson, Cooper DeRoller. She is also survived by her loving siblings, Herb “Sonny” Houston, Celia Daniel, and Shirley (Don) Wetterer, as well as many nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Lucille (née Krouskopf) Houston.

She will be remembered for her kindness, creativity, and the deep love she had for her family and friends. Her legacy lives on in those she loved so dearly.

The family will hold private services. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Mueller Funeral Home, Mason, Ohio.
