Clara (Hessel) Bernhardt

On March 19,2021, Clara (Hessel) Bernhardt, 94, took the hand of her Savior Jesus and walked into her heavenly home. She is reunited with Paul, her beloved husband of 68 years, parents Edward and Emilie Hessel, brothers Otto (Ruth), Robert, Ted (Helen), and Elmer (Betsey) Hessel. She leaves her loving daughter, Jane (Paul) Hoffman, grandsons Scott and Andy Hoffman, and a host of family and friends. Clara was a wonderful homemaker, cook, baker, hostess, and card player. Her favorite activities involved service to her Lord and Savior and His church. Services for Clara will be held Tuesday, March 22 at 12 pm at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville in Mason. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. Face masks are REQUIRED and social distancing followed.
