Dorothy R. Knesel

Dorothy R. Knesel, of Mount Lookout, Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at The Sheridan at Mason. She was born Sunday, January 3, 1926 in Rainelle, West Virginia to Burton D. and Helen I. (nee Thomas) Raine.

As an avid reader, Dorothy always enjoyed a good mystery novel or even the Reader's Digest. She found working cross-word puzzles a great way to keep her mind active. Dorothy also enjoyed crocheting and knitting.

Dorothy was preceded in death by: parents, Burton and Helen Raine; husband, Robert L. Knesel; sisters, Lois Stefan and Ruth Wilkening; and brother, Burton D. Raine Jr.

Dorothy is survived by: sons, Walter (Mei-Lin Kang) Knesel and Thomas (Jackie) Knesel; granddaughters, Rachel Knesel, Pamela Knesel and Laura Knesel; also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 3:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 4:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040.
