John David Stofa

John David Stofa, 59, of Cincinnati, born in Daytona Beach, Florida, on October 22, 1966, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

John was the beloved son of Katie (Oceak) Stofa and the late John Carl Stofa. He was a cherished brother to Tracey Stofa of Cincinnati and Jeff (Jill) Stofa of Houston, and uncle to Jackson and Maddie.

John attended Roger Bacon High School, Class of 1985, where he was a standout three-sport athlete. He went on to further his academic and athletic career at Miami University, where he played football and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business in 1990.

John will be remembered for the impact he made on those who knew him, his warm personality, and his wonderful sense of humor. He never met a stranger and had a remarkable gift for connecting with people and making everyone feel welcome. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and cared about him.
