Judy A Muennich, beloved wife of John E Muennich, mother of Amanda (Chris) Treon, John (Ashley) Muennich, Ashley (Josh) Duncan, and Allison (Gregory) Bredestege, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026, in West Chester, Ohio.

Throughout her life, Judy was characterized by her generosity, contagious laughter, and her unwavering love for family. Born on March 2, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Judy was known affectionately as "Judy Blue Eyes" during her high school years, a nickname that captured the beauty of her striking blue eyes. As a devoted caretaker, she found joy and purpose in supporting her husband, John, her children, and particularly her grandchildren. Judy was a familiar and enthusiastic presence at all her grandchildren's events, cheering them on with pride and love.

Her passion for home decorating was matched only by her exceptional culinary skills; cooking was indeed her love language. She delighted in preparing meals that brought family and friends together around her table. Judy also cherished spending time outdoors, often finding solace and happiness in camping adventures, where laughter and music—especially 70's rock—filled the air. Judy loved to play cards, her silly spirit came to life, even playfully embracing her title as a "cheater" among friends and family.

Judy's legacy is celebrated not only by her immediate family, which includes her husband John; her children Amanda (Chris) Treon, John (Ashley) Muennich, Ashley (Josh) Duncan, and Allison (Gregory) Bredestege; but also by her treasured grandchildren Dylan Treon, Connor Treon, Benjamin Muennich, Nicholas Muennich, Abigail Muennich, Jeremiah Duncan, Aliyah Duncan, Theodore Bredestege, Oliver Bredestege, and Adelaide Bredestege.

She also leaves behind her cherished siblings: Jerry (Dee), Dennis (Sherry), Robert (Autumn), Kathy (Steve), Helen (Paul), and Oscar (Michelle). Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Hurm and Helen Hurm, as well as her brother, Billy.

Judy will be fondly remembered for her warm spirit, her vibrant enthusiasm for life, and her profound impact on all who were lucky enough to know her. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
