Lance Michael Anderson, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on March 5, 2025, surrounded by loving family. He was born on December 10, 1970, in Covington, Kentucky, and brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.

Lance was a graduate of Lloyd High School in Erlanger, Kentucky, and went on to earn his Associates Degree at Kentucky Career Institute. He was a dedicated TeleComm Engineer with Premier Health, where he was known not only for his technical skills but also for his engaging personality. Lance served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as an Air Delivery Specialist, also known as a parachute rigger, showcasing his dedication and commitment.

An outgoing individual, Lance had the rare gift of connecting with everyone he met. He possessed a great sense of humor that could brighten even the darkest days, and his quick wit kept those around him on their toes. His laughter was contagious, and he had an extraordinary ability to make anyone smile, no matter the situation.

Lance was a true outdoorsman, with a deep passion for hunting and fishing. He was also a fervent fan of the University of Kentucky sports teams, proudly cheering on the Wildcats with the rallying cry, "Go Big Blue." His love for nature and sports was only rivaled by his love for his family, which was undoubtedly one of his proudest accomplishments.

He leaves behind a devoted wife, Andrea (nee Wheeler) Anderson, who stood by his side through thick and thin. His legacy continues through his daughter, Samantha Anderson, and his granddaughter, Summer Kay Wainscott. Lance is also survived by his loving sisters, Sherry Kay (Steve) Girdler and Kelly Feinauer, as well as his in-law’s, Marlin and Mary Ann Wheeler, and sister-in-law, Stephanie (Keith) Wurzbacher. He cherished the bonds he built throughout his life, including his best friend and “brother”, Mike (Hollie) Starnes, and many other loving family members and friends who will remember him fondly.

Lance was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Kay (David) Redman, step father, David Redman, nephew, Geoffrey “Bones” Williams, and nephew Ronnie "John Boy" Williams. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for the laughter, warmth, and connection that he brought into the lives of so many.
