Marilyn M. Abbott

Marilyn M. Abbott (nee Cordrey) , 86 of Mason, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 4, 2022. Marilyn was born in Cincinnati to George and Stella Cordrey.

Marilyn was a faith filled woman. She demonstrated her faith through daily prayer and teaching bible school to youngsters for many years. Marilyn was a very talented singer and sang in several different choirs throughout her lifetime. She enjoyed relaxing with a book and spending hours birdwatching.

Marilyn is the beloved mother of Charles (late Susan) Abbott IV and Timothy (Chris) Abbott, loving grandmother of Charles Abbott V, Ryan (Ellen), Jonathon (Heather), Matthew (Candyce), Christina (Eddie) Blackmon, Daniel (Marquise) Abbott, Jason Bussell and Carrie Bell, great-grandmother of Isabelle, Brianna, Liam, Wren, Kalea, Cailee, Jayden, Londyn, Isaiah, Jayden, Linsie, Andrea, Brody and Ethan and great-great-grandmother of Alani, Elias and Gemma, dear sister of the late George and Laverne, 'Auntie M' and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Christian Village at Mason, Stone Center, 411 Western Row Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 2:00 PM until time of Service at 3:00 PM.

Burial will be Private.
