Mary Katherine Wissman

Mary Katherine “Kathy” Wissman, age 73, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on November 27, 2024. Born on November 28, 1950, she was the cherished daughter of the late Clifford and Helen (Duncan) Harrison. Raised in Mount Adams, Mary Katherine was a beloved member of a large family, being one of nine.

 On July 9, 1981, she celebrated her marriage to her devoted husband, Paul Wissman, with whom she shared 43 wonderful years. Mary Katherine's life was filled with joy, as she adored Hallmark ornaments, movies and embraced the spirit of Christmas. She enjoyed traveling, particularly to South Carolina, the Biltmore, and was proud of her extensive purse collection. Most importantly, she treasured her time spent with family and friends.

 Mary Katherine leaves behind a loving legacy, including her husband, Paul Wissman; children Gregory Hinkle, Jacqueline (James) Nieberding, Paul A. (Christel) Wissman, and Bryon (Sheila) Wissman. She was the proud grandmother of Kerrigan (Jon), Kevin (Hannah), Madison (Sean), Stuart (Linda), Oliver, Tyler, Liam, Jack, and Julia, and great-grandmother to Cayson, Hayden, Benjamin, and Ian.

 In addition to her immediate family, she is survived by her stepmother Susan Harrison, beloved siblings Paula (George) Wolfmeyer, Charlene (Steve) Burch, Deborah (Timothy) Hall, Marianne(Wayne) Horvath, Julie (James) Freppon, Bridget (Paul) Madden, Cliff Harrison, & Helen Harrison (departed) as well as lifelong friend, Connie Givens. Mary Katherine's warm spirit and loving presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

 A memorial gathering will take place at St. Susanna Catholic Church, 616 Reading Rd, Mason, OH 45040, on Friday, December 6, 2024 from 10:00am-11:00am with a Memorial Mass to take place at 11:00am. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.muellerfunerals.com
