Maurice Kim Edris

Maurice Kim Edris, 69 of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2024. Raised and loved by Quentin and Patricia Edris, he was born on February 15, 1955, in Canton, Illinois. 

Kim had a sense of humor everyone adored. He had a fantastic smile, and his kindness always made you feel welcome. 

An avid learner. Kim took time to embrace new topics, research things and gain more knowledge all the time. An intelligent man with the ability to share it with others in a humble way.

Kim enjoyed music of all types, but especially Rock and his beloved Beatles were his favorite. Attending concerts or listening to music was his passion. 

He took time to understand the beauty of a picture. Whether of nature or his adored nieces and nephews, Kim was always taking pictures. 

Kim and Sue enjoyed their yearly trips to North Carolina to see family and going to the beautiful state of Maine together. He will be missed greatly. 

Preceded in death by his father, Quentin Edris, brother, Gary Edris and fur baby, Abbey. 

Kim is survived by his wife of 28 years, Sue (nee Wenert) Edris, mother, Patricia Edris, siblings, Phil (Kate) Edris, Debby (Brian) Freese, Jerri (Clipper) Hogarth, Janetta (Mike) England, Cheryl Waelbroeck, John (Pam) Edris and Garold (Melissa) Edris, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 8th from 10:00-11:00AM with a memorial service at 11:00AM all at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040. Inurnment in St Joe Cemetery at a later date. 

Memorial donations may be made in his name to The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
