Olivia Thomas Farr

With heavy hearts, we share the loss of the one and only Olivia Farr. She went home to be with Jesus April 9th, 2025, at the age of 77. She’s now experiencing eternal joy in heaven. Poised with grace and a gift for hospitality, she always set a beautiful table. Her warmth was genuine, her presence magnetic, and her ability to connect with others was a testament to her deeply compassionate spirit.

Whether she was tirelessly helping women find shelter as Executive Director at the Anna Louise Inn or providing the best customer service in retail management at some of her favorite shops, she strived to make meaningful connections. Olivia had an unmatched ability to listen, understand, and find exactly what someone was looking for.

Olivia was a huge encourager, known for her eloquent, handwritten letters that uplifted and inspired. Her penmanship was as beautiful as her words—each note a reflection of her loving spirit.

She faced her battle with lung cancer with courage and unwavering faith. She was Bob’s best friend and champion and never stopped gushing about her three girls. A loyal friend to so many; a devout wife to Robert Farr; the best mom ever to Abigail Victoria, Kathryn Rebecca, and Amanda Livingston; and a fabulous Nanny to Jude Thomas and Joshua Sinclair, Anna Grace, Shiloh Faith, and Jordan Timothy Powers.

Her legacy of love, faith, and generosity lives on in the many lives she touched.
