Her joy in this role was evident, as she found her greatest happiness in supporting her grandchildren and celebrating their achievements. She was not just a grandmother; she was their biggest cheerleader, never missing a sporting event and sharing in their triumphs and challenges. Patty is survived by her beloved daughters, Kimberly D. (Paul Phillips) Cloward and Tina M. (Scott) Johnson. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her grandchildren, Thatcher (Gabby) Johnson, Julia Cloward, and Scotty Johnson, alongside her great-granddaughter, Eloise Johnson. She is also survived by her identical twin sister, Perscilla Ilene (Charles) Cole, her nephew, Mark Cole, her niece, Nina Cole, as well as many other loving family members and friends who cherished her deeply.
She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Elizabeth (nee Karafa) Carter, and her son-in-law, Bret Cloward. Patty embraced life with courage and reassurance, having made it known that she was not afraid to die, a testament to her strength and unwavering love for her family.
