Patricia Revolt

Patricia “Jan” Revolt was born on August 30, 1931, in Burlington, Indiana. She gained her wings on June 9, 2026.

Jan was a beloved woman, her spiritualism and devotion to her family was evident in all she did. She had a funny sense of humor. Jan found joy in reading, sudoku and lunching with friends. Jan was of strong faith, enjoyed church and was, at one point in time, the treasurer of her chapter of Aglow.

Jan’s life was enriched by the love of her surviving family members. She is remembered lovingly by her daughters and daughter-in-law. Tamra Chavis, Melissa (Randy) Sadler, Kim Revolt and Donna Revolt. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren; Libby, Amber (Brandon), Tom, Chris, Bret (Cathy), Cameron and Mandy. Her 16 great-grandchildren also brought her great happiness. Jan cherished her brother, Sam (Pam).

Jan was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thomas Revolt, Sr. and her son, Charles Thomas Revolt, Jr. Jan’s brother, Wayne, has also passed.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason, Ohio. The service will follow at 12:00pm. There will be a reception afterwards at Mueller’s, to celebrate Jan’s life. Memorial contributions may be made to Matthew 25 Ministries, The Free Store Food Bank or Ronald McDonald House.
