Ryan Ossege, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022 at the age of 49, surrounded by family. We know he is enjoying the glory of heaven as he is reunited with his loved ones.
Ryan was born on Friday, May 18, 1973 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was truly the most giving human you could ever meet, and opened up his home to anyone in need. He graduated from Colerain High School in 1991 and proudly served in the United States Navy. It wasn't long before his love of the outdoors carried over into his career of landscaping.
Ryan had a personality that was easy to love, and a sense of humor that never stopped. He was giving and generous, never judging, and always up for a good time. Following a chance meeting with a high school friend, it wasn't long before Ryan shared his love with Ashlie Garratt. The two were married and welcomed two handsome sons to their home filled with love and laughter. Ryan was so proud to have two sons and found every opportunity he could to create memories with them. Some of their best times were watching their team, the Cincinnati Bengals.
If you met Ryan, you experienced true unconditional appreciation of who you are. That is rare. Ryan, you made an impact on this world and will be forever loved and cherished by all those you touched.
Left to cherish Ryan's legacy is: Ashlie Ossege and their sons, Ben and Andrew Ossege; mother, Patty Gullett; father, Mark (Bonnie) Ossege; devoted sister and best friend, Jill (Jose) Cruz; nieces, Alexia and Sophia Cruz; maternal grandfather Ralph William "Bill" Harrison; current companion, Misty Hutzel; and many loving family members and friends.
Ryan was preceded in death by: devoted step-father, Tom Gullett; maternal grandmother, Mary Jean Harrison; and paternal grandparents, Leroy and Dorothy Ossege.
